Perhaps you have forgotten me? But, I am the Englishman whom you met in mid September, looking for touch-up paint for a Silver Chevrolet Cobalt.
Well, it has taken me sometime in getting back to you, but I would like to send special thanks over for all of your help and support when I came to your dealership in Escondido, California. The service, professionalism and friendliness was the very 'best' I have ever encountered, better than anywhere I have ever encountered in the world. To think that all I wanted was a small touch-up paint, after my rental car had been hit at the back of the car. The cost was about $15, yet, I was treated by you as if I was about to purchase a top of the range $100.000 car! If your standards are anything to go by, all I can say is if you’re coming over to England – fantastic, the dealerships could really do with your skills in top-class customer service.
Could you also pass my thanks to the other members of the team for their excellent help and advice particularly to both Tom and Charles 'Chuck' in your 'After-sales Service Department'. Like you, they were incredible, friendly, understanding and a great credit to any company – you were all 'Top Class'!!!
I am sure you will keep up your tremendously high standards of service – Chevrolet must have the very TOP people in the automotive trade, all based in Escondido.
